Terms of Service

By using Himish or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are. Himish is a community marketplace where local businesses post flyers and offers for families in Boro Park, Williamsburg, Lakewood, Monsey, the Five Towns, and other locations. "We" means Himish. "You" means the person or business using Himish.

2. Your account. Keep your login private. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

3. What you post. You own your flyers, pictures, and words. You let us show them on Himish, in our emails and texts, and in videos we make for you. What you post must be true, legal, and fit for a family community. Don't post anything you don't have the right to use.

4. Our right to review. We may check, edit for fit, move, pause, or remove any listing. We may move a listing to the row and location where it fits best. When we move your listing, we may tell you so you can check it.

5. What you buy. Each paid item is described on the page where you buy it, with its price, length, and location. Weekly spots run for one week at a time and do not renew by themselves. Some spots are limited to one business per trade per location; a spot is yours only once payment goes through.

6. Launch Videos. We make your Launch Video from your flyer and the pictures you give us. You confirm you have the right to every picture you send. You get to approve the finished video. We may show it on Himish and let our sales team share it.

7. Payment. You pay the price shown when you buy. Payments are handled by Stripe; we don't keep your full card number. Prices may change, but never for something you've already paid for.

8. Messages from us. If you give us your email or phone, we may contact you about your listings, purchases, and account. We don't send messages at night or on Shabbos. You can reply STOP to any text to stop texts.

9. Ending. You can stop using Himish any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

10. No guarantees. We work hard to keep Himish running and to bring you customers, but we can't promise a set number of views, calls, or sales. Himish is provided as it is.

11. Limit on our responsibility. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits. Our total responsibility to you is no more than what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem.

12. Law. These terms follow the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute goes to the courts in New York.

13. Changes. We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
