Founding-sponsor terms
The honest version of what you're buying and how the founding program works.
Whoever pays first locks the slot. One business per keyword × neighborhood (keyword sponsorship), or per category × neighborhood (top placement). Once it's taken, it's taken until the term ends or the sponsor lets it lapse.
Founding pricing ends July 29, 2026
Sign up before then and the rate you lock is your rate for year one. After July 29, 2026 the post-launch rates apply.
Every listing is free
Every business gets listed on Himish for free — discoverable in search, no badge, no cost. The paid tiers stack on top when you want more visibility.
Verified
A verified badge on your business plus SMS-confirmed ownership, so you (and only you) control your listing. Verified is also the gateway to keyword sponsorship and top placement. $260/yr at the founding rate ($360/yr after launch).
Keyword sponsorship (one keyword, one area)
You pick one keyword in one neighborhood, and your business is the first result when neighbors search it there. Pricing is per keyword × neighborhood and is shown to you before you commit — busy keywords in dense areas cost more than niche ones. Includes Verified.
Top placement (a whole category, one area)
Instead of a single keyword, you own an entire category in one neighborhood — top of search for every keyword under it. One business per category × neighborhood. Price is quoted to you directly. Includes Verified.
Exclusivity — first to pay holds it
Keyword sponsorship and top placement are exclusive: one business per keyword (or category) per neighborhood. Whoever locks it first holds it for the term. When a slot is taken, it's off the board until it lapses.
Payment & term
Lock your founding rate today — it's locked for year one. We finalize payment at launch, so there is no charge today. Paid tiers carry a 90-day minimum commitment, and you can upgrade mid-term if the slot you want is open.
What sponsorship is NOT (yet)
Sponsorship is search-only today: paid placement controls who shows at the top of search for the keywords and categories you buy. It does not currently change the home feed, which is ordered by recency, location, and listing type — not by who paid.
